soak a washcloth with vinegar, and lay it on them for a minute or two.... u may stink a little for a little while, but it works

This is a second degree burn. I would see a doctor as soon as possible. If the blisters break they could become infected. It is important to keep them clean and not let the blisters break if at all possible.

I didn't know you could use blisters to treat sunburns. how does that work, exactly?

Aloe is good. Burn cream if it really that bad but you need to see the Doc for that and get a prescription.

Noxema skin cream is really cooling. It's hard because it's crispy crunch for a while.
