Any kind of recognition or gain for the other person is a reason to use you-status, money, your other friends, your family even. If you provide some kind of comfort or ego fix, you may be used for it.

There are lots of jackasses in this world and the ones who use people for that are disgusting they could use you for money or a bet they need to win its been done to me and it hurts cuz you really like that person and it sucks big time but they can use you for anything now days thats how desprate some people are.
