No you can not. If you go to Hebrews 6:3, it does sound like at first that you might be able to lose it, until you read the verse in context with the rest of the verses.

The Peril of Not Progressing
1 Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this we will[a] do if God permits.
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away,[b] to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; 8 but if it bears thorns and briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.
A Better Estimate

9 But, beloved, we are confident of better things concerning you, yes, things that accompany salvation, though we speak in this manner. 10 For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of[c] love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, 12 that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises." Hewbrews 6:1-12

What this section say is that if we lose our salvation, we can never hope to see the light of God. The reason, is that we are thumbing are noses to God and saying that He is not good enough to save us. It then goes on to say that those who do end up rejecting Christ more than likely were never saved. Instead, they were "falsely Converted."

"Once saved, always saved" is not Biblical.

Yes you can lose your salvation but only if YOU decide that you do not want it anymore. You walk away from the path that God leads you through.

Salvation is a free offer. Once you accept it, in order to keep it, you need to fulfill the requirements.

I have read that the only way to lose your salvation is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. I do not know exactly what that means but I have heard that it is saying that Jesus was not the Son of God or that He did not die on the cross or that you don't want him to save you.
But again I am no expert.

if you got saved and you "losed your salvation", then you never really got saved. When you get saved, that is when you complete commit to him. If you lose your salvation, then you never really had it. You only have it once.

Yes, if you decide you don't believe in God anymore. Sin doesn't make you lose your salvation. I would think that if you continued to sin and not care anymore, then you could lose it. You just need to believe in God and try not to sin, and if and when you do sin, pray for forgiveness, ask for help to sin nomore and try, try, try. That's all we can do. We are all sinners, and fall short of the glory of God.

That's not possible!!!!! You can always backslide, we are not perfect, but once you are reborn by the blood of Jesus Christ you can never lose your eternal salvation. As long as you ask for forgiveness, He'll forgive you no matter what.....

You can't lose your "salvation," because you didn't need it in the first place.
