how do they get the breading on the exterior so perfect?

When done right they have the hot dog on a stick and dip it into a batter and then it goes immediately into a deep fryer

OMG i forgot how yummy those are here is a reciepe

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 egg; lightly beaten
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 hot dogs
vegetable oil; for deep-frying
Directions:

In medium bowl, combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. Add milk, mustard, egg and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened; set aside.

Meanwhile, in deep-fat fryer or Dutch oven, heat 2" oil to 375F. Pat hot dogs dry with paper towel; dip into batter after inserting skewer into each hot dog. Fry until golden brown, 1 - 2 mins. Drain on paper towels.

This recipe for Homemade Corndogs serves/makes 6.

corn dogs are made by putting a frankfurter on a stick ,and dipping it a corn meal batter,then putting it a special,rack with several others and deep frying the whole rack till they are golden brown I am not sure about the recipe for the batter,but I think it is corn meal,milk,eggs,and some light seasoning.it is a corn meal like you use for corn bread,but a finer texure,not as course.

CORN DOGS

1 c. pancake mix
3 tbsp. corn meal
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. water

Set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Coat hot dogs in mixture. Deep fry at 375 degrees until done.

I'm not definite what sort of animal or parts of the animal they use for the hot dog?!? But it is a sizzling dog dipped in cornmeal and fried. Served on a stick of path! Are you hungry now?

well they put a stick into the center of a hotdog then they wrap the hotdog in corn bread and that's how you get a corn dog!!

I am now not definite what variety of animal or ingredients of the animal they use for the scorching puppy?!? But this can be a scorching puppy dipped in cornmeal and fried. Served on a stick of path! Are you hungry now?

they get a bread shell like thing and put a hot dog in it. i think

First, they make there breading sauce (however they do that). Then they make a hot dog, and dip it into the sauce..and somehow is cools and hardens.
