Do all guys want other girls?

Do all guys want other girls even if they are in a relationship or does it mean that they aren't happy with that relationship and are just trying to get out.

not necessarily....you know the saying "forbidden fruit tastes the best"...they like to fantasize, but if they fall in love, they "behave" and they keep the one-eyed-snake at home :)
