Pink lemonade is regular yellow lemonade with something added to it to make it pink. Some frozen juice concentrate companies add some red-coloured concentrated cherry juice to its lemonade concentrate to make it pink.
At home you can add a dash of food colouring or a red fruit syrup like grenadine (which is made from pomegranates) to regular lemonade.
