ok hes one year older than me and hes HOT! i like like from september like forever i cant stop thinking about and for V-day he got me something then he got mad at me and said he didnt like me and then said he liked someone eles but now he doesnt talk to her and he always says something to make me mad or bother him and like hit him not hard. for examle - i waz walkin up the stair wit my friend (boy) and he tells me ur retared and i didnt to anything to hi and then i tell him i'm gunna hit him and then i do and then hes gunna hit my wit his binder and it hits my butt

This is usually how young people flirt so i'm guessing that he does like you but he's playing hard to get. Maybe you should just be brave and ask him and and then if he says no, you know where you stand and can move on.

Are you 8 years old? This behaviour is very infantile. You are not mentally old enough to even use the word "hot"~ unless you are talking about bath tub water. If you are older than that then you do not need to be running after a guy that already treats you lousy.
