If it's one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, you should definitely go.

Really, this is one of those things that your parents could really help you with, encouragement-wise.
If you want to follow-up in dancing and choose that as a career, then by all means, you should definitely go.
Even if you decide later that you don't want that as a career, this could be a life-building experience.
I'm sure that the school will have visiting times, so that you can see your folks every now and then.
But if you have the scholarship, then it really wouldn't be right to waste it.

Talk to your family about it. It is a big step, but if your family is in favor and will support you in this, and you really want to, go for it. And if it doesn't work out you can always go home at end of the first term or something llike that. If you don't try, you'll never know.

Yes. But if you feel uneasy about it give it some time. You're still young. If you're this good now, you will still be able to land a scholarship later. However, if you're passionate give it a shot. Try it for one semester. If you like it stay.

If you aspire to dancing as a profession you shouldn't even need to ask. Never turn down an opportunity.

GO! If you don't like it then you can stop going. Take this opportunity and run with it.
