Depending upon your opinion about what God can and cannot do for you--depending on your "religion and beliefs" you can answer that question any way you want.
I would say, with what I have heard about what God does and doesn't DO for us, would be that God has given us free will. He doesn't make things happen. He has set out a path for us or possibly we have chosen it before we even came to Earth. You could pray and wish all day, but if God gave the other person free will, they have the chance to choose whether or not to like you or not.
Ever hear the song, "Unanswered Prayers" by Garth Brooks? look up the lyrics.... www.letssingit.com
Also, and not to be rude or anything, but don't you think, with your strong religious belief and being a religious person, that God, has better things to "solve" than making someone "like you"?
Not that your needs are any less than those of the less fortuneate. That is not what I am saying... but think about it. If God would do that for you, that would help just one, possibly two, people. If He would help solve some overseas issue, then He could help an entire community.
Which is more sensible? which makes more Godly sense?

You are asking the wrong thing. You should ask god what it would take for you to be liked by him or to have him notice you. You should also ask the lord if that person would be right for you. I truly believe the lord answerer's all righteous questions but with that belief I also think only a few are answered the way we want.

You can ask Him anything you wish but that does not mean He will answer according to what you want -- He is not Santa Clause.
I asked Him 10 years ago to let this cute preacher guy like me and for us to get married and all that stuff.
He never helped it happen. I now know where this guy is and I would never wish him on my worst enemy. I seen him 5 years ago in a local bar and was sexually harassed by him and had to be escorted my car. He threatened to rape me and jurt me. He even said that he would go as far to kill me if I were to leave with him and then not give up sex. Thank God He did not answer according to what I wanted at the time but according to what He knew was best.

If u remember God u can do it by ur self. Least thing is that we can't compel anyone to change, we must change everyone by inspiring them with our life style.
God’s Wisdom, Love and Power
People may wonder why, if God exists, He doesn’t wave a magic wand and fix things, making or at least influencing everyone so that they do exactly what they ‘should’ do. But God never takes away anyone’s freedom of choice. God’s wisdom is to recognize and respect each soul’s individual identity, freedom and inherent goodness. God shares knowledge – a profound understanding of the dualities and dilemmas of love and hatred, happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat, etc. – but He does not make our choices for us. The soul is free to choose ‘to be or not to be’, ‘to love or not to love’. God’s love strengthens the soul’s will to free itself from the distresses caused by vices such as selfish desire, anger, fear, ego and attachment. God’s power helps the soul to recognize its highest potential and to aim for perfection by practising the art of simple living and high thinking. Such practice by a significant number of souls eventually brings about positive change in the whole of humanity.
When you learn to tune your mind in meditation to the mind of God, then whatever the situation, you always have a source of help and strength to draw upon – an infinite reservoir of power and virtues that is only a thought away

No we can't. God doesn't force His love on you, it must be of free will.
You need to give the other the same opportunity.
Ask yourself this question:
Would YOU want someone to make you love them?
I doubt it.
If it's God will, then it will come to pass. But BOTH must know.
I thought one woman was for me, answered prayers for both of us. Thank God it did not work, I prayed for three weeks and God could not bless it. We split up, the next woman I dated became my wife - and God blessed it. We both knew.
Hope this helps.
God bless

Jesus said, "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you." Get your priorities right first and then God will provide the things that you need to make your life what it ought to be.

You can ask; sure. But G-d isn't a genie that makes all your wishes come true.
You need to find a guy who will love & accept you for who you are without pressuring him to do so.

I don't think so. God created us with free will. If he were to make some like you, he would be tampering with their free will, which I don' t think he would do.

Everybody is different. It would be best for you to find someone who shares your own beliefs.
