Yes, God doesn't care where you are married because you can't hold Him within a building. Will you be honoring God in the ceremony and your vows? Your vows are to God and to each other, that is the wedding and it is to be taken seriously in honor and respect of God and His plan for us.
My mom and dad were married at here sister's house and stayed that married until my father died.By the way my parents are Christians. People have married in church and gotten divorced. God cares about the marriage NOT the place that you got married.

Holy matrimony has everything to do with the heart and nothing to do with the building. After all, a church is just a building made by man. If you want an outdoor wedding, then you could back up that choice by saying that you want to be married in the cathedral God himself created.

Your marriage is still sanctified by God even if it isn't in a church. As long as you are getting married by a pastor/priest/religious clergyman your marriage is sanctified by God.

Does God live in a church? Of course not. Plus the church is the people worshipping God- it's not the building itself. One could argue that there is more of God in nature than in a man-made structure. God will bless your wedding ceremony if you do it before Him. This has nothing to do w. the location and everything to do w. your hearts!

God is everywhere, even if you get married at City Hall in front of a judge, when you take those vows He's there, and yes, it's sanctified!
