I got a temporary filling about a month ago - I've been waiting for my dental insurance to kick in at work to go back to the dentist to have the rest of the work done, but that doesnt kick in until the middle of july. Will my temporary filling last that long or should I go back to the dentist ASAP?

As long as you're careful it should last. Make sure you don't eat anything sticky that could pull it out ar anything that could break it out.

You should contact the dentist and explain your situation perhaps together you can work out a solution. He may be able to tell you that what he has done will last until around July and you can stop worrying. But remember that temporary fillings are just that temporary.

They can last up to a year, it really depends on the type, and the thickness of the mix, by the Dental Assistant on that particular day.

To be trustworthy it relies upon on what fabric they used, as diverse fabric final longer than others, frequently with root canal therapy they conceal the hollow area with cotton wool and a fabric called plastor which units no longer trouble-free by utilising itself after a at the same time as and might final approximately 4 weeks.purely attempt to consume on the different area and not consume something too sticky struggling with pulling it out! yet whilst it does come out u might desire to goo back as u dont choose an infection, despite in the event that they say they haven't any app, u might desire to call for one as ur in the midst of therapy and that they might desire to cover it up for you because of the fact the muse canal trt won't artwork, solid success hun.xx
