I have known this guy since 1st grade we have always been friends but last year we became more than friends. We were really close. Then he changed schools and I tried to keep in touch but somehow we just stopped talking. Its been almost a year since we have talked I still love him and I always will I just don't know how to start talking to him again I mean its been so long What should I do?

All I can say is do what comes naturally it may be awkward at first or feel that way but if you are as close as you think you were, you'll eventually see something that remind you of the way you were when you were close and things will click again. There may be some discomfort around current relationships however so be prepared for that, if you can.

You do have fingers, right, so pick up the phone and call him or pick up a pen and write to him maybe try going to his place and visit if its not too far to drive. Just don't let him go if you feel he's the one for you since first grade. Make sure you let him know cuz he could be loving you like a "sister" and that would be devasting if its true. Do what your heart tells you but don't be blind in love so be cautious and prepared if he doesn't have the same feelings.

Swallow your pride and don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself. Just call him up and tell him that you've been thinking of him lately and were wondering what he's been up to. Then just wait and see what happens. I wouldn't start off by telling him that you love him though, it would probably scare him away. Besides, how do you even know you still love him? It's been a year and people change.

call him and let him know that you never stopped loving him...if you've known him for such a long time, he should be the easiest person in the world for you to talk to

Call him. You will be able to tell if he's still interested. Chances are he's not or he would have called you. Move on. There are others out there for you.
