Spray? Nah, I'd go with some texturizing product like Bead Head's Manipulator or Rubber Rage. Take a SMALL amount and rub it between hands then work it thru hair. Pinch and pull and stand hair all up and then begin using your fingers to work hair back down. A stylist can give you lessons on this. Find one that wears her hair smiliar and ask what she does. A spray won't hlep get the "piecy" effect.

I do not care for spray but instead I use an inexpensive product from Citre Shine glossing pommade. You do not need to use very much and it gives your hair a very nice shine

I prefer to use a hair glue rather than spray, when I want that look.

i have this pomade by textureline, its really good and it smells awesome. A small jar will last you quite awhile, a little goes a long way.

spray wax or pomade.
if you use too much it will get heavy and fall.
or use a pump (non aerosol) spray and finger piece it together.
