You need to add more details, if you're really interested in advice or opinions. Knowing nothing else about him, you, or your situation, I can't suggest anything other than to follow your intuition. How do feel about him? Does he treat you well? Will dating him somehow complicate your life or just bring fun?
I will say this, though: don't say yes just because he asked you out. Say yes if you think he's a good guy and he appeals to you.

Well the answer to that question is all up to you. Hopfully you have all the information to make a wise choice. You should know if he is trustworthy, honest, truthful, careing of your feelings. There are some guys out there yet have been brought up to respect women.

It really depends on if he is your type and you feel the same way about him as he feels about you. If it all connects than go for it. Otherwise you might regret it.
