I am not going to read all of that long message to much on the eyes LoL but I prefer the limp fries from macdonalds but the crispt ones if I am making homemade french fries.

Wet fries are gross, but I prefer "limp" to crispy. I just don't like the texture.

Fries are meant to be crispy and get soggy only when ketchup is added. Hope this helps.

soft is better! the softe the more tastier they are. Crunchy and crispy suck. They don't have flavor, the soft ones have more potato flavor.
