For those of you wondering, I do brush my teeth 2-4 times a day.

I use Rembrant 6 hour whitener alot if I want it done in the day but if you have real sensitive gums try one of the other rembrant products or Crest. It works for me and only costs about 30 bucks at Walmart.

I have used a 'whitening' toothpaste that made a little difference. I have heard about Whitening strips you can use at home that work good. Check with the Pharmascist at the Walgreens. They will have some and help you decide what is best for you! Good Luck!

Use "Plax" rinse and then use a toothpaste with whitening in it. Also stay away from coffee teas and sodas.

my grandma used a home made paste of baking soda and a little bit of water..her teeth were always white..tastes like crap tho..

u should try rubbing the lemon rind with a lil salt on your teeth. works wonders!!!
