Don't buy a kitten off the internet. You have no idea what it has been through, what diseases it may have or how reputable the owner is. You can get ripped off big and get stuck with the bill. Go to your local animal shelter or look in the want ads for people that need to find homes for kittens. This time of year, there are hundreds of thousands of kittens that need a good home. If you have that, then you now know how to find one. Good luck.

Why do you want to get one on the Internet? You could ask around, family or friends should have a kitten. You could check you local newspaper, lots of people want to give kittens away to a free home. Also, try the animal shelter.

Check animal shelter websites. They usually give info on their animals. You can also check yellow pages sites. But, for future references, don't buy your kitten from of the internet. Who in their right mind would ship a kitten to your home?

Go to www.petfinder.com. It is a site that is dedicated to finding homes for homeless animals. Please do not go to a pet store. Help save a homeless animal instead.
