Does Spirit Airlines or US Airways have a lounge for their Business Class passengers in Ft. Lauderdale FLL?

... which terminals / positions in Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport are they located? Thanks.

It doesnt seem that either of them have lounges in FLL. The rent for those spaces is so high in most cities, that unless they do enough traffic in and out of that city, they will not pay for the rental space.
