Do not put chemicals on your skin that are not intended for skin care. Serious injury and permanent scarring can result.
If you can get in to a dermatologist that fast, some of them will 'extract' the fluids from a raised blemish and apply something to take down the inflammation. Most insurance will not pay for that. The dermatologist will also treat you on an ongoing basis so that you do not need a 2-day cure in the future.
Dermatologists have a great variety of treatments to offer, and will work through the treatments with the least side effects and expense first, but will almost certainly arrive at a treatment that works for you.

Try not to touch your skin that much. You know what really works? try to lemon, lime and potato wedges to your acne spots and it will improve your skin. Also toothpaste act as a mask, drawing impurities out of the skin. It may also dry the skin lightly as it does so, which can reduce the size of a pimple. Also watch your diet , Your diet should be a healthy mix of all four food groups with a good dose of fresh fruits and vegetables when possible. Chocolate and oily foods don’t actually cause acne, but it never hurts to eat right and take care of your body.

Toothpaste - I know it sounds crazy. Put a dab of toothpaste on the pimple (paste not gel), and let it dry overnight. Then wash your face as normal in the a.m. Repeat the following night if it is a really large blemish.

Nothing really but healthy eating and washing your face. It usually takes 3 days to a week for most normal products. I use proactiv and it works really fast if you don't eat anything that causes pimples, like chocolate or soda.
