My dog wouldnt eat at first but then i mixed in some wet food and she started to eat. I use pedigree.

You didn't provide any details on your question so I am not sure how effective my answer to you will be.
How long has your dog gone without eating? Does he or she drink any water? Is your dog vomiting or have the diarrhea? Is your dog listless?
A dogs inability to not eat is not a good sign. I strongly suggest you take your dog to the vet. He or she will exam your dog and tell you why it is not eating. Your dog may have some other underlying physical ailment you are not aware of. Take him or her to the vet as soon as possible. It may be life or death.

Nervous dogs will eat very little if he continues you better speak to a vet by Monday.

Without further information this is hard to answer. Take your dog to a vet. Has your dog had its shots? If not, and it hasn't eaten for a few days and is also sick It could be parvovirus. You can look this up on wikipedia

What are you feeding him?
Your dog might be sick. Has he been vomiting? He may have eating problems. You should talk to a local vet.

well there are a million reasons but 2 of the most common reasons are b/c its eaten somthing nasty and will throw it up in a few days and be fine and two because it needs to be wormed

maybe he wants to have some people food, or put a little bit of dry food mixed with people food.
