Only fraternal twins. In fraternal twins, there are two eggs, so one egg can be fertilized by one man, and the other could be by another man if a person has intercourse with two men close soon after each other around the time of ovulation. Identical twins are one egg and sperm splitting, so it's impossible in that case.

Yes and no. It depends on what type of twins, identical twins can't because only one sperm from one man can fertilize an egg which splits. With fraternal twins it might be possible because two eggs were fertilized which don't necessarily have to be by the same man.

no, twins dont work that way. the time 1 guy's sperm has the egg nothing else { no other egg } can be fertilized by another man...it is simple science ... somtimes the twins happen to be 2 eggs that were stuck together ( thatz what was explained to me), or 2 organisms all in 1 egg. trust me , my dad explained it to me when i was little...and just a couple days ago, too. he is a doctor/family physician and has delt w/ well over 100 babies and pregnancie in his life of being a doctor

Yes they can. It's call hetrofaternal superfecundation. This is where the female ovulates and the egg is released and the sperm fertilizes that eggs. However, she has sexual intercourse again about 2-3 weeks after and another egg is released and fetilized by another sperm from a different man.

YES! Many twins have been born when the mother has had multiple sex partners while ovulating. It even happens with puppies and kittens!

Yes they most definitely can. It is very rare and means that the mother must have had sex with two men during a very short period. However it has happened before.
