best dvd media player for win2k not hardware but software?

ive tried using cyberlink power dvd dodnt work ise nero showtime 3 but i think it uses to much cpu and memory anyone know anytothers that are excellent and are lite and are compatible with lite-on dvd-+rw? thanks
