As long as the person had the ability to save my life, I wouldn't care what religion they were...as a matter of fact, I'd almost be willing to bet the surgeon who did save my life many years ago isn't Christian....(never did ask, because it really didn't matter...) It isn't spiritual matters that make the primary difference in your medical care, but whether a doctor has the knowledge, skills, and sometimes just the sheer nerve to try a procedure that might help. Competence, experience, intelligence, etc., are all far more important than whether we happen to share the same religious beliefs.

Doctors have a job to help people get better. It doesn't matter your race, gender, culture, religious backgrond etc. Christains doesn't have anything against doctors and I'm not going to ask a doctor if he's a christain. When I'm sick the first thing to think about wouldn't be are you a christain? it would be can you help me?

Only the most qualified person gets to operate on me.
Now spiritually, I prefer other Christians to be praying for me....but will accept all prayers.

what the heck? you act like us Christians are racist or something. i dont care at all if my doctor is a mormon, christian, or buddhist. If they aren't Christian, then it would be a great oppurtunity to lead them to Christ, which is the one and only way into Heaven.
