Talk to a lawyer. The court can order that his wages are garnished. Then they will automatically take money out of his earnings to be sent to you for child support. If the court has already order this, and for whatever reason he is not complying with the court order, he is in violation. Report him.

The children suffer. They are the kids who qualify for free lunch programs,
My x did not pay child support for years. He still owes and will be chased by the Douglas County states attorney no matter how many jobs he switches to until it is paid off. He can run but he can't hide. He can sit in jail and I don't care. Every father needs to support that which he brought into this world. NO EXCUSES!

Most counties have agency that are free that will enforce the payment or after 3 months of non payment put deadbeat dad in jail. This is how I have done for 17 years. It is paid through the court and they pay me. Then if no payment the court collects.

Go to court and they will take it out of his paychecks, assuming he is working? Don't let him get away with it, there are way too many deadbeat dads in this world. If they choose to have sex and not be careful, pay the consequences. Why should women shoulder all the burden?
