Ok...hmmm GREAT question!!
I'd like to think I would come out with something witty like "Ok, thats it! I'm leaving..."
In general it would have to be something like:
"I'll see you all again...dont miss me because I wont be far away"
But to a specific person:
Wife: "Even though I have to go, I'll put the kettle on when you arrive..".(ok too witty for a deathbed)
"I will see you again my sweetheart! I have loved you more than life itself and although my life is at an end, my heart will be with you forever" or something equally as touching.
And...to the kids "Listen to your mother! I'll be watching"

We don't know what our last words would be at the time of death. Depending on what kind of medical condition you have or if you are non-responsive you may not be able to say anything at all.
