Of course it's OK. Everything is OK as long as all participants have the pleasure and do it on free will - and they are old enough to take sexual decisions (see the law of your area).

Why worry about any kind of weird moral?

But, of course, be responsible and use preservatives or - if it's a regular partner - reliable birth control.

It is not ok because you might think you love that person and you end up having sex and then end up getting a baby. Then you realize you guys hate each other and get into many arguments You realize it was just puppy love. Then you have to put that innocent child through divorced parents at an early age. Premarital sex causes many bad effects.

Probably.
But keeping aside any religious views, there is nothing better than being in a monogamous loving marriage with another person that was also a virgin when they married you and with whom you are able to share and experience the joys and excitement of sex in all its beauty.
Sex is not only a physical act, especially for a woman there is a huge emotional and psychological component.

it's OK if you are mature enough to make this decision. Really, marriage is a contractual agreement of a sort for a natural human coupling. In a sense, it's like demanding paperwork to eat.

It really depends on the person. It's a spiritual matter more than anything else.

With birth and disease control available, I see no reason why adults cannot have an intimate relationship with someone they love.
