When I do buy ice cream out, I buy it at Cold Stone. However when in PA I go to the local soft custard stand. Yummy!

Dairy Queen, but my favorite ice cream is from Scooper's in Waupaca, WI. Baskin Robbins is really good but there's none near where I live.
