I would check with your doctor. They should be able to lead you in the right direction. I am sure there is something out there for them.

try target. they have washable swimpants. the outside is like a swimsuit and then a diaper thing built in. i found them last summer for my baby. they work great and really cheap. look in the baby dept. they had larger sizes, you just have to go by the childs weight.

I'm don't think they do make them that big, it you can't find any where you find the regular size ones they probably don't have them. good luck
