It sounds like you already have the information you need. As long as you trust the appraisor, ask for $250.00 for each of them. You can always lower your price.

You might want to take several pictures of your chairs and visit a couple of consignment furniture shops in your area. These businesses sell vintage (not so much antique) furniture on a consignment basis. They will likely have a good idea as to the value of your pieces.

Good luck with your sale.

every thing you need to know in on your computer....i got an old steamer trunk. in good condition, of just a few dollars. i looked it up and just found out so much about it. come to find out there were trunks for men and for females.....my daughter has the one for a man i have the one of same name for women......do not sell the chairs untill you have reserched the co. that made them. some times. the co. changed its name so you will have to run that down. sinch i have antiques also its a good idea to make friends with an antique shop......owner. they do have all the books. on finding out every thing. do not sell untill you know what you are selling is what i go by. remember all your time and work
you put into the chairs...count that also. i do the same thing...
good luck, happy restoring..robin
