I am not overweight according to my doctor and scale. I don't know the exact measurement... Yes, I have always had it. I think it might just be big, without any explanation.

How big is big? In inches? Have you always had it ? How overweight are you? This is not enough information for you to get a proper answer. If you are serious ask this question again with more detail. when you were younger your umbilical chord wasn't kept as clean as it should have been or it could be a hernia

You probably had a hernia as a kid. Quite common in black kids.
