Try not to wash your hair every single day. This strips your hair of its natural oils. Do not straighten your hair every day or stress it with so many hair products.

Try to avoid blow drying your hair. Don't use alot of products in your hair if at all possible. Try to stay away from perms, straighting iron. Actually vitamins and drinking plenty of water helps make ur hair healthy. Its what u put into your body that helps your hair , skin and such. For now u can try hot oil treatments, try mayo, keep it trimmed.

Get a good haircut, getting rid of any split ends and breakage. Use a conditioning shampoo and conditioner. Matrix has some good products. Dry hair needs hydrating, so choose something that will give you more moisture.
