Wow... tough call. I simply draw a blank here.
1] Communist countries fit in the first slot but Peace? That's quite doubtful when there's inner strife; Progress? Well, we know what happened to Russia --she had to disband due to poor economic factors; Goodwill? The cold war didn't see it that way... Good humor? Highly unlikely there or even in China and North Korea.
2] There are indigenous cultures that most certainly have Peace; some slight Progress but still third world country ratings; Good Will --still working on their contributions to globalization; Good Humor -- highly likely. But they DO have their own form of Religion, regardless whether its some form of Paganism, Shamanism, Animism, etc.
So... I give up! What's the answer?? Hehe..

Uh, the USSR isn't a culture without a religion. Religion was outlawed, but you can't say that everyone there was atheist. That was the problem, that things were banned and outlawed, not that they didn't exist. The quote is saying, if Religion didn't exist at all in a society, then it would prosper. Can't think of any real examples, though.

No such thing. People search for an answer to their questions on life and when they can't, they make up a religion that they make their answers in the name of. It gets accepted as truth, etc etc... but there is probably some weird, brand new country out in the middle of the jungle that has yet to have a religion, but as soon as it gets a name, missionaries will go to it, so I can't give a name either.

I am not that educated, don't know if I can. But Religion is man-made, even so, people who are Born-Again(REALITY) still get into Religiion(by deception---devil) and still get into trouble.
