it's really hard to decide between your heart and brain. there are a lot of situations when you have to think a lot, when you don't have to think so much...it really depens on the kind of person you are - if you are more spontaneous - just keep on being like that, listen to your heart (as Roxette said)

April G had good info for you, but I would add that when you listen to your "Heart" you are listening to your inner man. If you have a peace about it, it is usually the direction to go. Any time you have a disturbed feeling or an uneasiness of any kind, hold off. Don't make a desicion until you feel that peace.

You don't honey. Use your brain to pick a mate. Health, good looks, ability to support you and your children, even temper, sincere...... And wait until the marriage is solid before having children....too many women "listen to their hearts" and become single moms ----most men do not wish to raise another man's children.....

What is your heart telling your brain? Your brain processes the feelings that you have. What is your brain telling you to do about the feelings you are having? If you really want to hear it use a stethoscope.

Physically ? use an Stethoscope. Emotionally it is hard to tell between lust and love. If it related to looks , money , and popularity then it is usually lust.
