The only emotion I could feel about this story was a grim sense of closure that at least these three terrorist scum were dead. I really question the need for Gitmo. I mean, haven't we squeezed as much useful info out of these people as possible?
I think we should close down Gitmo and execute the remaining prisoners there for crimes against humanity. I mean, these are people who wandered around afghanistan in gangs, slitting the throats of innocent women and children. Don't those victims deserve justice already? Every day that camp is open is more time for the world to forget what they did and for the evil liberals to advance their plan to free these people so that they can murder more victims. It has to end.

What gave these scumbags the opportunity to kill themselves?
The red cross and all those other goody-two-shoes liberals who complained that the prisoners didn't have privacy. They demanded that they be dark curtains placed over the open cages. Those scumbags hanged themselves when the curtains were closed and the guards could not see them. So lets blame the liberals who won't keep their noses out of secret military installations.
By the way, Gitmo is a really beautiful base, with nice beaches, great snorkeling.>>>>>>Loved it.

We have to let the courts decide who we execute. Who gets prison time and who doesn't belong there. But we shouldn't close it down. We should move them out to make room for more prisoners from Iraq for processing. Let them know there's room for more at Gitmo. They're already scared of the place because of the bad reputation it's gotten in the world press.

You should be thankful that we do have Gitmo to keep those scumbags and not question the fact. Those prisoners are fed better than some people here at home eat, they have hot showers, a cot to rest their brain-washed bodies on, free medical and dental care and clean clothes. Yeah, they're mistreated. B/S!

Not unless you want them to live in your neighborhood. These are dangerous men - they did not kill themselves all on same day by accident. The last suicide attempts were fake & led to the worst riots since Gitmo opened. It proves, they are still dangerous. Do we let our murderers out because they are bored or hopeless? The men that murdered my brother without even knowing who he was while he bought milk for his family should not be let out because they are bored & neither should these terrorist.

I think they want to close Gitmo but they have to bring the people to trial. Bush is waiting to see (by court ruling) if that means a military tribunal for enemy combatants, or a judicial trial. I don't think anyone other than you is in favor of just killing everyone there without a trial.
It is about who we are, not about who they are.
