Chickens lay eggs and don't need nipples to nurse their young. The chicks eat the some of the egg when they r hatched. They really don't need their mothers once they r hatched. Also it is kind of a funny question--LOL

Because the production of milk is a mammalian characteristic. Birds , being more closely related to crocodiles and dinosaurs than mammals, do not have mammary gland, do not produce minlk and therefore do not have nipples.

don't know. but go into a chicken place and order two breasts with nipples and watch the reaction. I have done it for many many years and it is still funny.

No, I haven't ever wondered.
MAMMALS are the ones with nipples, because they feed their young milk.
Chickens are BIRDS, who do NOT nurse their young, they feed them the same thing they eat - worms and bugs and grass.
