Nope, if you can use them .... no rejection, then you can have them everywhere. Just expensive, but damned good from the people I know who have them.

not sure what MDI is but i have seen dental implants in every section of the mouth.

They are always shown in the jaw on-line. I looked at three dentists sites about it and its always shown in the jaw. I'd suppose that an upper dental appliance is much easier to fit.
It is a very invasive procedure and I am still cringing at the sight. I couldn't imagine how it would be going into your skull...!!
Glad you asked 'cos I've been thinking about getting some work done.for a few years...I am soo gonna bookmark these for later...
