One thing you could do would be to write on index cards ten things you love about her. Every day, give her one. Depending on her reaction you'll probably find that there are more and more things to tell her your love for. :)

Unless you're already dating, you don't. Wait until then. If you're already dating, give her a rose or sneak up behind her and whisper it in her ear or something. Subtle and sweet.

tell her that you are starting to have strong feelings for her. tell her that she is real important in your life and you don't know what you would do without her. give her compliments and hopefully she will show you love also. good luck. : ).
