I put golf tee's in the speed spouts, to keep the bugs out of the liquor. The draft taps and drains have to be soaked with hot water nightly. Keep all used bar towels in a closed container , or wash right away. Empties, should be stored outside, like in a shed or something.

As a bartender I know those little bug's are a real pain to get rid of! First you have to look at the bottom of every bottle of booze you have and check for them! Throw away anything with them in it! Second thing is to wash down everything with very hot water to get rid of any syrup, booze or beer around. Always pour a few pitchers of hot water down your drains that you have poured any drinks down. Finally, cover all remaining booze and glasses and find an exterminator or good spray to get rid of them little nuisances! Good luck! You will have to keep spraying for a few days to get rid of all of them.

obviously clean every thing but most importantly cover your booze at night they like whiskeys and they will breed in the drains under your beer taps. cut of food supply and breeding ground and the will go away

first you need to spray. everything i mean everything has to be bleached.
garbage has to be changed constantly. bar wiped down constantly.
all garnishes placed in cooler.
it is really going to be hard but not impossible.
