Its Hindi /Urdu .thats more towrds Urdu poetic style .
i am an urdu speaker and can understand both .

It says

who would have called you Ghazal (a form of poetry) ,if i would not have been there
who would have called your face rose-like , if i would not have been there
Its a miracle!

If i was not there ,then who would sing(gazal is something like a poem) to you,then who would say your face is like a rose,this is a miracle
