Stay away from sugar, caffiene, alcohol, etc.!!! Lean meats, fruits, and veges are very good. They will give you energy and wake you up.

Yes, I do. Just read the first 4 paragraphs on below site to see what a guy did who was on 3 medications for depression and 1 for anxiety and what happened. Just eat more of what he ate even if you cannot follow it fully.
Then after that click on "A New Religion" for latest advice by recent research in psychology.

Chocolate, or any other type of carbs. Carbs contain pheyln . . .something. I can't remember; but chocolate contains a HUGE amount of it, it's like the happy-chemical.
