You can download software for trial use that will pull snap shots from DVD. I use to do this for wallpaper on the computer. had some really good Pulp Fiction wallpapers.

I doubted if anyone does. In fact you can do it yourself using your computer provided you have a software like Pinnacle Studio DV and analog input to your computer. Usually the card that comes with this software allows you to connect analog devices such as VHS tape player. By using this software once you record video to your computer, you can capture frames and save them on a disk then get them printed from any photographic labs.
