you got a choice you can either carry on like how you have been and keep putting her on your shoulder and let her keep getting her way, or you starat the process of breaking her out of the process ans stop putting her on your shoulder and and let her cry it out your choice.

Make her walk she has legs for a reason once she figures out you wont carry her she will stop the balling

Reason with her that your shoulder hurts and that she should walk. I did the same and is still tough now that she is 4.5 years.
I also pretend to "sleep" alot.

put her on the sofa and let her know your shoulder's hurt....maybe she will cry a few times after a few days she will get use to it...
