military has a law, but are there others regarding federal prison guards

Oddly, the Federal government has anti-discrimination policies in place for civil service employees but not for military. Very odd!

They have a policy against it while on duty or with inmates.

But no there have been homosexual correctional officers for years ( they don't have any guards they have officers)
I worked for the Justice Dept in the 80's and was associated with the Federal Prison system. And knew many people that were homosexual that was working there.
