Am I ok, or should I go get checked out. It's not like a normal sore throught. Maybe I inhaled too much bleach. What should I do.

You probably have a chemical burn from the bleach, I have had the same thing happen and my throat and lungs hurt for a while. you may want to call a poison control center.

Bleach fumes can be very harmful. Any time you clean with bleach you should make sure the house is well-ventilated and wear a mask. It's better not to use pure bleach to clean. Clorox has that new product out that's not so strong and kills germs. For cleaning I like to mix up a little white vinegar and water and it works very well.
Go outside and get some fresh air for awhile. If you start to feel worse, or if after awile your throat still hurts it wouldn't hurt to go to the ER or call your Dr.
Don't use bleach to clean next time, especially if you have kids or pets in the house, and of course it's also not good for YOU to breathe in.

Only use harsh chemicals with proper ventilation. Open your door or turn on a fan. It's really bad for you to inhale.
