and they can determine all of the races you are. does anyone know anything about this blood test and how to get it done or what its called?

It is called a DNA test. They can do it with scrapings from the inside of your cheek; they don't need blood. (You scrape with a small, dull plastic blade. It doesn't hurt.) It cost me US$149. Use Yahho! or Google for "DNA TEST" to find companies that do it in your country if you are interested.

Negroes, Amercian Indians and other races have specific DNA "Markers". They can tell there was an American Indian back there somewhere in your tree, but they can't tell for sure if it was great grandma or great-great-great-great grandma who trifled with a Cherokee.
