i think i have a urinary tract infection, so tomrrow i'm going to the doctor's to get my urine tested. will they be able to tell that i smoke marijuana?

Every substance would have to be tested specially - and every test costs some money. So no doctor would test on drugs without a reason.
Only possibility: You are (very) young and the doctor got an order by your parents to do a test on purpose.

If you're going to see if you have a UTI, they will only test for that... they wouldn't run a drug test, because that isn't relevant, understand? Besides, you'd have to pay extra to get drug tested... and even if they "find out" they couldn't tell anyone. Confidentiality!
