1) Open your programs selection menu from your Start button (bottom left corner).
2) Select "Run".
3) When Run opens, type "format c:" and "Enter".
4) Wait for computer to go through its processes and it will recover itself quickly for you.
5) Eat a cheese sandwich with potato salad while you're waiting.

best way to remove them is to remove it the all natural way. that is to take off ur shorts lick off the stains. next walk to the wall and lick away and also lick the monitor. oh lastly take of your shirt and lick of the stain and if they dont come of you can put some more on it and try to eat that off. then go get some more
