And for the rest of you liberals - is that why Gore tried to block the military absentee vote - because he knew all those brave souls were liberals? Right!!
You bunch of cowardly hypocrites can't even answer a question about the military without lying much less serve in the military.

James - I thought you were suppose to be smart. I suppose everything is relative. Go back and look at you fact sheet again.
The total % of ALL people voting who served in the military was only 18%. Kerry got 41% of THAT number. Not as you state, 41% of the people who voted for him served in the military.

Liberal isn't exactly a well-defined category of person, so it's impossible to really answer the question. However, there is some information on how military members voted in the last election. In exit polls from 2004's election, they found that 41% of those who served in the military at some point voted for Kerry.

During the Gore/Bush election of 2000 I was *lucky* enough (cough, cough) to be stationed in Miami for that and in my office of 19 folks it was cut pretty even actually. I can't recall what the percentages were like throughout the country but our office was a microcosm of society as a whole. We had about 7 democrats and 9 or 10 republicans and a couple of independents. Even in some of the special operations units I've been in you'll find liberals.

probably few since they are all brainwashed.
I was as conservative as you can get during Vietnam and my military service. Until I had gone to Vietnam and later find out the truth about the lie told that got 58,228 killed in combat!
I have never been conservative since, especially after college, where I had a minor in Economics, and learned who really got the money and how!
I still have terrible memories and one that I never thought I would have, but it haunts me, the unarmed Kent State students murdered by the national guard!
