Try to do something that will distract you, like watching TV, or reading a book. I find it really hard to forget things that bother me so I try to keep myself busy in order to forget. Or you can think about what bothers you and try to resolve it and make peace with it.

For one try and find something else to do and get your mind off of your problem. Read a book or try and play a game on the Internet.
But if this does not work then try and talk it out with a friend or someone you trust.

Think of a thought you would like to think in it's place. See it as if it is playing out on a screen in your mind as big as a drive in theater. Now think about the other thought that bothers you... shrink it in your mind till it is playing on a small tv screen next to the big screen... now take the remote... and turn off the little thought, and let the big screen take over! Poof.

this remedy should work.Write down all your feelings on a piece of paper.I mean everything dont miss any thing out after you have written it.Burn it and your problem that was bothering you should disappear.
try it it worked for my sister who was going through depression after her divorce.It helped her tremendously to release all the anger and hurt.
give it a try it just might do the trick.

U have to keep urself busy or look at it as something thats nothing, NO BIG DEAL u need to get past it and not allow it to get u down. U have to over power it and not let it overpower u

Don't think about it. Do an activity that's distracting, or go out and have some fun with friends. When you're having fun, you don't really think about anything. Just relax.
