I mean, let's say I decide that from now on I'll eat, but I'll throw up everything after that. From my point of wiew it's not that bad. I mean, I still eat, but I just throw the food out after I eat it... And I'll be slim. A lot of people do that. Even celebritys do that. I know that after some time I could have some problems with my body, but are those problems that big?

big problems? more than that . your teeth will rot. your body will weaken and your bones will break. the pain you will live with will make you forget anything pleasurable. you must be kidding because these things are not decisions. its not something you think to do or control. It is a mental medical disorder. Really think about that. your body wasnt made to do this. and NEVER believe it'll make you slim....just SICK. what good will that be for you to be ill ALL the time, too weak to play and have any fun and be toothless too? Why would you even care about celebrities-you dont see the true people they really are or feel their pain or loneliness. on screen they are acting remember that! Please believe me even if no one else tells you, the acid in your stomach from vomiting will cause so many problems with your dental health. think about how you'd look bony and toothless--pretty? hardly..closer to beastly. think about it. use your God-given brain and just eat less of everything thats bad for you if you cant stop eating junk. find an activity that makes you feel good about yourself. Oh and yeah I am very closely related to a professional performing artist -- actress, dancer, comedian and teacher--- she weighs 150 lbs and moves like a swan because we all know muscle weighs more than fat! she doesnt look fat just strong and like an average girl. she inspires lots of people. get stong physically and mentally girl!

OK yes it is bad because in the process you are killing yourself. You eat to gain nutrients, and once your done eating, you just throw it all away to become the unhealthy person you are. If you do so, there is really no point in eating. For you it is just a waist of time OK. I am not trying to be rude just trying to help but. What were you thinking. You are killing your self each second. And people will not treat you the same because of it. Trust me just like smoking, bulimic and anorexic lives are not a good choice. Take my word for it! Oh and by the way...........if you want to loose pounds, just do taebo!!!

YES they are big. You wont be keeping any of the vitamins and good nutrients that you body needs. Needs to work right. if your body is not getting what it needs is not going to help you from sickness and other stuff. besides every time you vomit your getting all that nasty acid on your teeth which can be bad.
this is how come girls who do this end up hospitalized. If you want to loose weight just work out. Even change the way you eat.

I know where you are coming from. I tried that too. However, I got really sick with lasting results. My Anemia will not go away for example. Plus, it didn't take very long for that to happen. There was a girl at my school who almost died because she was a buliemic-turned -anorexic and she was only buliemic and anorexic for about a month total. It's not worth it.

Well, I guess malnutrition and teeth falling out from no calcium is not that big of a deal. If you want to do it the right way....just watch what you eat and exercise a little. It's not that hard especially sense you are thin already.

oh yeah they are big. Do you know who Karen Carpenter is/was? A big time singer in the 1970's when I was a kid, she died from anorexia.

Why would you want to do that? Puke up partly digested food so it comes out your mouth and nose? Nobody in their right state of mind wants to puke, it's not healthy.

Anorexia is serious, and so is bulemia. Your body needs minerals, vitamins, and nutrients and food to survive. Yeah, celebrities do it, sick ones. You have to have a very unhealthy body image and esteem to do that. Anorexia is a serious psychological disorder.

Physical effects of anorexia
In addition to the wide-ranging physical effects of anorexia that are noted in the diagram above, the following can occur:

Hair loss
Lowered resistance to illness
Hypersensitivity to heat
Less need for sleep than normal eaters
Severe dehydration, which can result in kidney failure
Fatigue and overall weakness
In severe cases: heart trouble, low blood pressure, low heart rate, low body temperature, poor circulation, anemia, stunted growth, and even death

Emotional and behavioral effects of anorexia
In addition to the depression, irritability, and bad memory noted in Brain and Nerves in the diagram above, the following emotional and behavioral effects of anorexia can occur:

Difficulty in concentrating on anything else except weight
Isolation from family and friends
Emotional regression to a child-like state
Feelings of guilt
Dependence upon alcohol or drugs to handle the negative outlook

Just because you are thinking of doing it and trying to be logical about it, makes me wonder about your esteem and body image.

Why not go about losing weight in a healthy way? Eat normal food but restrict the size of your portions and start walking or exercise.

Do u feel that you cannot control your own life?? Is someone else making decisions for you without ur approval? Usually people that do this feel they have no control over their lives...You will develop esophageal problems and stomach ulcers...and believe me...you will not live very long...being slim is wonderful....but do it the healthy way...
